  • Generating  new CSR business /leads from Corporate & PSU’s for business opportunity in arena of training & skilling
  • Corporate ties ups for Corporate manpower enhancement trainings
  • Association for conducting Up-skilling & Re-skilling trainings across any industry
  • Work Readiness trainings across education institutes
  • Development space and conversion of clients
  • Responsible for P&L of the region
  • Maintain end to end B2B business
  • Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
  • Strategising and creating future pipelines at a regular pace
  • Communicating new developments to the prospective clients
  • To Plan various marketing activities within assigned region.
  • Consistently exceed defined targets

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Preferably Graduate with Diploma or degree in Social Work
  • 3-4 Years of experience
  • Candidate with prior expertise in NSDC Projects and skill development –preferably with NSDC-STAR experience
  • Must be open to travel
  • Well versed with MS Word-Excel & MS Office
  • Good written / verbal communication.
