Moving Towards a Better Tomorrow

Recognizing Narendra Modi’s vision of skilling India that goes hand in hand with its “Made In India” thought process of skilling for globalization, Lok Bharti has embarked upon a mammoth task in the strategy of implementing Skilling India.

We have taken a phenomenal initiative to empower the youth of society through skill development and support education like IT & Communication, skill enhancement and entrepreneurial skills.

Lok Bharti is working towards the vision of “Skilling and Made in India” by establishing state of the art Skill Development Centers (SDCs) that imparts trainings which are based on “Learning By Doing” methodology with required trade tools and environment.

Along with this, to impact the society at large Lok Bharti has initiated “Satellite Centers”, to impact the rural youth at grass roots levels and take them on a journey from skilling within the residing location and link them to the livelihood opportunities.

Further to uplift the unorganized sector, Lok Bharti conducts RPL-Requisition Of Prior Learning especially in the construction sector, to make the workers go up there professional ladder through industry certification.

We have also initiated the process of Baseline Survey to impact the untouched rural areas of the country and pave the path from Skilling to Employment by establishing SDC’s and conducting training in trades which are linked to employable industry within that area or for self employment.

Re-skilling/ Up-skilling

We offer complete re-skilling and up-skilling on varied skill formats, ranging from PPP (Public Private Partnerships with Central & State Governments) to association with corporates like 24X7, Godrej etc.

We also offer customized, need based, result driven corporate trainings in critical generic skills of Quality Customer Service for brands like ITDC (Indian Tourism Development Corporation).

LBSS follows up the impact of its training in improving quality standards by drawing out the PAPs – Post training Action Plan to ensure that training outcomes transfer and translate into daily work life.

Today, Lok Bharti stands as a separate sustainable entity which is exclusively working towards building a Skill Development System which is not only going to impact an individual but society at large, by returning skilled manpower across various industries who are Job Ready for a Global Platform.
