Sanjiv Nanda

Sanjiv,  comes with an extensive list of educational achievements, being a commerce graduate, a Chartered Accountant(FCA), alongside being a Law graduate from Delhi University and has also done MBA in Business and Foreign trade from The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade. He is a Promoter Director & CFO and manages the practice for Financial and Tax Planning at Smart Head Consultants- A multi domain management consulting firm having more than 130 years of man years experience between five partners in diverse verticals and having experience in many industries. He comes with a personal exhaustive industry experience of more than 30 years in the following key areas: Real estate, Hospitality Sector, Educational & Skilling Sector and Tile, Ceramics and Hardware, e-Commerce Businesses, amongst other sectors.  He is also an advisor and is and has been a director on the board for many financial institutions and corporate houses.


Arun Bhutani

Arun is a Mechanical Engineer and CEO of AB Educational Avenues Pvt Ltd, a career management company for overseas education. He has also served at AAERI, Association of Australian Educational Representatives in India as President, Vice President and General Secretary, Head of the Disciplinary Committee.







Nitin Seth (Chief Executive Officer)

Nitin Seth comes with 21+ years of working, bringing in rich global experience in Operational methodologies, processes and procedures, Quality Management Systems, Accreditation norms and procedures, Quality Assurance, ISO standardization and Process Development across various business domains. Later part of his career, Nitin joined Education Industry to realize his vision of inclusive India to transform lives of millions through skill development wherein he exerted all his efforts to give to the society in terms of education & skilling through various innovative plans and joining and heading organizations like Manipal Global Education, LaborNet at National Level . Nitin is an astute & result oriented professional who believes in leaving no stone unturned towards accomplishment of organizational goals. Currently, a part of Lok Bharti Skilling Solutions as Chief Executive Officer , he is responsible for conceptualizing, launching and successfully implementing new avenues of trainings , skilling , educating across various domains and for various organizations.



Nidhi Khullar (Sr. Vice President)

Nidhi comes with 20+ years in designing and developing Trainings and understanding the Manpower requirements for the industry. With her experience in working for Education units like Aptech , TMI in Tier 1, 2 & 3  cities, across domains ,and also on a  Global platform of IATA (International Air Transport Association) , being a  corporate trainer for corporate across different manpower levels , her understanding for the acquired and required manpower for any industry  is what brings her to strategies CSR Implementation for corporate and other skilling and training associations. Her strength lies in understanding the community , the people and the aspirations of the youth which could be mapped with the industry requirements along with the overall connect to the society .


Ashis ParijaAshis Parija (DGM-Strategic Initiatives)

A seasoned sales marketing   guy who believes that strong product having good quality of services can conquer the world by a dedicated, confidence & smart working sales people.
Ashis’s philosophy for cracking a new deal/business or increasing sales volume is nothing but it’s totally depending upon 99 % relationship and 1% business talks with clients. Honesty and forgiveness is the mantra of a sales guy who wants to rock in any industry.

Ashis is a master’s in science having biochemistry as a specialization with MBA (Marketing) as a professional degree. His core area of competency is Sales, Marketing (ATL/BTL activites, Branding, Brand Promotion, New product launching & Market research), as he is carrying more than 13 years of experience in this domain by associating with various industries like Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Education, Civic & Social enterprises.



Harmender Singh (AGM-Operations)

Harmender comes with an  experience of 9 + years in  Operational methodologies, Occupational Health Safety in Construction Operations, Audit & Inspection, Team Management, Training & Development.  Over the last few years, Gained he has worked extensively on ground for  various projects on  Corporate Trainings, Upskilling  and Employment Linked Training Programs. His skills are equipped in identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills for different roles and analyzing existing level of competencies. Monitoring delivery of high-quality customer experience, elevating customer satisfaction, while adhering to the SLAs and work processes and thus managing cost-effective operations. An effective communicator with interpersonal, leadership, problem solving and motivational skills.


Ketan Bhateja (AGM – Strategic Initiatives)

Ketan is an Engineer and management professional. He posses 6+ years of diverse experience in the development sector, his brief stint with the Indian Army sets his management fundaments. He worked extensively with the Leadership and played crucial roles in growth hacking. He has been responsible for devising Project strategy and managed projects across geographies in India. Ketan’s experience expands right from forging partnerships to project implementation and beyond. His unique experience of leading the Quality vertical in skill development space which brought together innovative ideas to implement & monitor projects ensured compliance and led to revenue optimization. Ketan is a dynamic professional who believes in inclusion, passionate about disruptive innovation, policymaking and creating social impact. His core strength lies in strategic initiatives, corporate partnerships. business development, creating new business models and revenue streams.
