Naipunya Samunathi Job Fair 2016

Lok Bharti in association with KSWFC , under aegis of Kerala Govt. organised Naipunya Samunnathi Job Fair 2016 . The event was organised to provide a platform for employment to educated youth belonging to the Forwarding Community of Kerala. The event was marked by presence of Honourable Ministers and other delegates for inauguration.

The event had an overwhelming response of candidates registration. We had 4000 + online registrations & around 3000 walk-in registration. The total number of employers was 31 who had around 3000 open vacancies for recruitment.

Session on Interview Skills , Communication & Interpersonal skills were delivered to all candidates through videos & interactive discussions. A interest analysis assessment was conducted to match the candidate interest with the available job profile.

The event concluded by providing employment to approx 1500 unemployed youth of Kerala belonging to forwarding community.
