With 29 years of operations, Lok Bharti Education Society, a part of the Lok Bharti group, has been actively involved in implementing CSR programs for corporates and PSUs, including renowned names such as Godrej, TATA Group, RPG Foundation, LTI, Reliance, DLF, Schneider, NBCC, Castrol, and others.

At LBES, we actively engage in a wide range of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) thematic areas across India. We firmly believe in the transformative power of education and its role in fostering holistic community development. Vocational Skill Development

We specialise in delivering professional Vocational Skill Development Programs, focusing on acquiring highly effective, performance-driven, competent, capable and action-orientated human resources. Our primary focus is on individuals from rural areas, at the grass root level while providing them with hands-on skill training towards employability and enhancing their livelihood.

Community Centric: Lok Bharti is dedicated to uplifting individuals, particularly from marginalised communities, and helping them realise their full potential. Education

At Lok Bharti, we are deeply committed to transforming the education system by focusing on its grassroots level. Our goal is to eliminate “Learning Poverty” and ensure that the youth have access to the essential skills they need to thrive and succeed. By addressing deficiencies and implementing necessary upgrades, we aim to create a more inclusive and empowering educational environment.

STEM Learning – With practical learning through real-world projects and workshops, we prepare the students with a strong theoretical and practical foundation. Key focus of STEM is to train students in a way that they become problem solvers and critical thinkers. The idea is to bridge the gap between tech-savvy to innovator to entrepreneur.
Skilling in Schools – We offer skill-based education to enhance vocational skills through short-term training and courses outside the formal education sector. Our programs provide valuable exposure to employment in the informal sectors.
Remedial Education – We provide remedial classes to students who may have temporarily fallen behind in their studies or require short-term support in their learning. Our curriculum is specifically designed to help children reach their expected level of competency in core academic skills such as literacy and numeracy.
Adult Education – We actively support adult education for individuals who are uneducated, have irregular school attendance, or are dropouts. Our programs offer organised and sequential educational activities on various subjects, enabling adults to expand their knowledge and skills, thus contributing to the Adult Literacy rate of the nation.

Women Empowerment

At Lok Bharti, we prioritise the empowerment of women by implementing effective policies and taking determined actions. Healthcare

At Lok Bharti, we are dedicated to providing continuous and sustainable solutions to improve healthcare in order to build a ‘Healthy India’. We accomplish this by drafting a development policy that effectively aligns all the competing needs and demands in the healthcare sector. Our approach involves:

Improving medical, nursing and technical education as well as up killing of existing manpower.
Maximising the impact by targeting the remote/rural areas
Organizing Health / Eye Checkup camps for workers and local community members.
Conducting Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Programs to increase awareness among adolescent girls and women.
Creating awareness about quality family planning methods and child health services
Improving nutrition & water, sanitation and hygiene practices

Assessment & Certification

Lok Bharti facilitates corporate collaboration for the assessment and certification of trainees upon completion of their training. This process is designed to evaluate their overall performance and ensure their readiness for the professional world. The evaluation includes the following components:

Creating Occupational Standards & Qualification Pack NOS
Developing Competency Framework
Conducting Train the Trainer and Train the Assessor Programs
Regulating Skill Gap Studies
Assessing and Certifying candidates on the basis of National Occupational Standards / NSQF.
