Thereafter, Nitin joined the Education Industry to realize his vision of an inclusive India to transform lives of millions through skill development and Women Empowerment, wherein he exerted all his efforts to give back to the society in terms of education and skilling through various innovative plans. He ably enjoys a 12 + years’ experience in the Social Development sector.

 Nidhi Khullar –Chief Operating Officer

Nidhi Khullar comes with 22+ years in designing and developing Trainings and understanding the Manpower requirements for the industry. With her experience in working for Education units like Aptech, TMI in Tier 1, 2 & 3 cities, across domains, and also on a Global platform of IATA (International Air Transport Association), Nidhi has been a corporate trainer for corporates across different manpower levels, her understanding for the acquired and required manpower for any industry is what brings her to strategies CSR Implementation for corporate and other skilling and training associations. Her strength lies in understanding the community, the people and the aspirations of the youth which could be mapped with the industry requirements along with the overall connect to the society

Ketan Bhateja- General Manager, Strategic Initiatives & Corporate Partnerships

Ketan Bhateja is an Engineer and Management professional and is responsible for devising Project strategy, having managed projects across various geographies in India. Ketan’s experience expands from forging partnerships to project implementation and beyond. His unique experience of leading the Quality vertical in the skill development space which brought together innovative ideas to implement and monitor projects ensured compliance and led to revenue optimization. Ketan is a dynamic professional who believes in inclusion, disruptive innovation, policymaking and creating social impact. His core strength lies in strategic initiatives, corporate partnerships. business development, creating new business models and revenue generation.

Harmender Singh – General Manager, Operations

Harmender Singh comes with an experience of 10+ years in Operational methodologies, Occupational Health Safety in Construction Operations, Audit and Inspection, Team Management, Training and Development.  Over the last few years, he has worked extensively on ground for various projects on Corporate Trainings, Upskilling and Employment Linked Training Programs. He is equipped with identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills for different roles and analyzing existing level of competencies. Monitoring delivery of high-quality customer experience, elevating customer satisfaction, while adhering to the SLAs and work processes and thus managing cost-effective operations. Harmender is an effective communicator with interpersonal, leadership, problem solving and motivational skills and ably leads the Operations team PAN India .

Ashis Parija- General Manager, Strategic Initiatives

A seasoned Sales and Marketing resource who believes that a strong product and qualitative   services are essential to a successful strategy. Possessing good Public Relationship skills, his mantra is integrity and transparency in project management. Ashis is a Master’s in Science doubled with an MBA in Marketing Management. His core area of competency is initiating various Sales and Marketing, which include ATL/BTL activities, Branding, Brand Promotion, New product launching and Market research. Ashis enjoys a 13 + years of experience in this domain by associating with various industries like Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Education, Civic and Social enterprises.
