Lok Bharti anchored its skilling interventions in 2010, to realize its vision of delivering high-quality, industry and need driven, skill-based trainings, at progressive levels; that would support India’s continued economic emergence while bridging the skill gap and increasing possibilities of improved livelihoods for the youth of India.

Lok Bharti works towards harnessing the skills and capabilities of the Indian youth so they have the right and adequate skills to perform the job assigned to them. Our efforts are being made in mobilizing, new training methodologies of skilling and facilitating industry linkages for placing rural youth. It is in this context that the role of Skill Development organizations becomes vital for the development of the nation.

Having the competency and capacity to identify and address the skill gaps – both in generic and sector specific, we design and deliver a set of unique industry-demand driven, multi-stakeholder skill development programs, to bridge the skill gaps, in potentially hi-growth employment industries/sectors.

With our unparalleled presence in 20 rural districts by virtue of a network of our skill development centers , we are emerging as a significant partner of NSDC and Government across India in bridging the skill deficit gap and in creating employment and livelihood opportunities in a widespread geography across India.
